Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem řízení dodavatelského toku ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je teoretické shrnutí informací z odborné literatury týkajících se řízení dodavatelského řetězce, analýza současného stavu konkrétního dodavatelského toku, návrh opatření pro jeho zlepšení a ekonomické zhodnocení. Odborná rešerše se nejdříve zaměřuje na vznik, historický vývoj a definici logistiky. Následně představuje počátek plánování požadavků na materiál společně s návazností na řízení dodavatelského řetězce. Řízení dodavatelského řetězce tvoří nejrozsáhlejší částí odborné rešerše. V této části jsou prezentovány počátky řízení, makro procesy, definice a charakteristika odlišných pohledů na řízení dodavatelského řetězce. Analýza vybraného dodavatelského toku řeší problematiku zámořských dodávek a je zpracována ve spolupráci s firmou Knorr-Bremse Liberec. Tato práce přináší poznatky o analýze konkrétního dodavatelského řetězce, návrhy na zlepšení a vyčíslení nejen ekonomických rozdílů mezi současným stavem a návrhem na zlepšení.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of supply chain management in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to introduce a theoretical summary of supply chain management, analysis of the current state of a particular supply flow, proposal of measures for its improvement and economic evaluation. The expert research first focuses on the origin, historical development and definition of logistics. It then presents the beginning of material requirements planning together with the link to supply chain management. Supply chain management forms the most extensive part of the literature review. This part mentions the origins, macro processes, definitions and characteristics of different perspectives on supply chain management. The analysis of the selected supply chain addresses the issue of overseas supply and is prepared in cooperation with Knorr-Bremse Liberec. This thesis provides insights into the analysis of a specific supply chain, suggestions for improvement and quantification of not only the economic differences between the current situation and the suggestions for improvement.
