Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou aktuální potřeby integrace osob zdravotně postižených do společnosti prostřednictvím neziskových organizací se záměrem eliminace jejich sociálního vyloučení ve společnosti. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část identifikuje pomocí odborné literatury a platné legislativy jednotlivé sektory ekonomiky a jejich význam v národním hospodářství. Podrobně je zkoumána jednak funkce nestátních neziskových organizací, tak i problematika osob zdravotně postižených a jejich postavení ve společnosti, přístup státního sektoru a nestátního neziskového sektoru k jejich začlenění. Praktická část obsahuje socioekonomickou analýzu subregionu Liberec, týkající se osob zdravotně postižených s důrazem na zhodnocení rolí státního a nestátního neziskového sektoru. Práce se zaměřuje především na poskytování služeb integračního charakteru pro osoby zdravotně postižené. Na případové studii třech vybraných nestátních neziskových organizací je posuzována jejich role v integraci osob zdravotně postižených do společnosti po stránce sociální i pracovní. Závěrem jsou shrnuty poznatky z vlastního šetření, jejich zhodnocení a formulace možností řešení ke zlepšení současného stavu.
The Role of the Nonprofit Sector in the Process of Integration of the Disabled People in the Subregion Liberec The diploma thesis deals with the current needs of the integration of disabled people into the society through nonprofit organizations with the intention to eliminate their social exclusion in society. The diploma thesis is composed of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part identifies using professional literature and valid legislation individual sectors of economy and their significance in the national economy. The role of nonprofit organizations and issues of disabled people are researched in details and as well as their position in society, access to state sector and nonprofit sector to their integration. The practical part contains the analysis of the socio-economic subregion Liberec relate to disabled people with emphasis on the evaluation of the roles of state and nonprofit sector. The thesis focuses mainly on providing services of integration nature character for disabled people. On the case study of three representative nonprofit organizations is assessed their roles in integration of disabled people to society in sphere of social and labour. The thesis concludes by summarizing the results of own research their eveluation and formulating possibilities to solve and improve.
