Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci statistických metod v evropských sportovních klubech. Cílem práce je porovnání dvou evropských klubových soutěží pomocí ekonomických a statistických ukazatelů. Dílčí cíle práce zahrnují vyhodnocení soutěží dle použitých metrik pomocí statistických analýz. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány použité statistické metody a přiblížena specifika použití statistických analýz ve sportovním prostředí. Dále je představeno zkoumané sportovní prostředí vybraných klubových soutěží. Následuje praktická část práce, kde jsou aplikovány představené statistické metody na zkoumané soubory. Na základě statistických analýz jsou zodpovězeny otázky týkající se splnění cíle práce.
This diploma thesis focuses on the application of statistical methods in European sports clubs. The aim of the work is to compare two European club competitions using economic and statistical indicators. The partial goals of the work include the evaluation of competitions according to the used metrics using statistical analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the statistical methods used and describes the specifics of the use of statistical analysis in the sports environment. Furthermore, the researched sports environment of selected club competitions is presented. The practical part of the work follows, where the presented statistical methods are applied to the examined files. Based on statistical analysis, questions concerning the fulfillment of the goal of the work are answered.
