Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací pojistné ochrany vybraného spolku, konkrétně pak identifikací, popisem a zanalyzováním aktuální pojistné ochrany společně s následnou optimalizací dle zjištěných rizik, která na spolek působí. K tomu bylo využito standardizovaných i semistandardizovaných osobních rozhovorů a vyhledávání na webových portálech. Na základě vyhodnocení analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí byla identifikována strategie, kterou by se měl spolek řídit, byl vytvořen návod pro snadnou implementaci risk managementu (v souladu s ISO normami) do systému řízení spolku a také bylo navrhnuto několik připojištění, kterými by si spolek mohl vylepšit svou nynější pojistnou smlouvu.
The master's thesis deals with the optimization of insurance protection of the selected association, specifically the identification, description and analysis of the current insurance protection along with the subsequent optimization according to the identified risks affecting the subject. For this purpose, standardized and semistandardized personal interviews and searching on web portals were used. Based on the evaluation analysis of the external and internal environment, a strategy was identified, that the association should follow, a guide was developed for easy implementation of risk management (in accordance with ISO standards) into the management system of the association and also several additional insurances were proposed that could be used by the association to improve its current insurance policy.
