Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá investicemi projektů v dotačním programu Nová zelená úsporám prostřednictvím analýzy dvou modelových studií s rozdílnými přístupy k implementaci opatření. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivity projektů a vytvoření podkladového materiálu pro veřejný sektor za účelem propagace programu Nová zelená úsporám a posílení komunikace mezi veřejností a zainteresovanými státními institucemi.
V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika zelené politiky na mezinárodní i národní úrovni a představen samotný program Nová zelená úsporám v jeho aktuální podobě. Praktická část se zabývá detailní analýzou modelových projektů, stanovením výše poskytnuté dotace a vyhodnocením modelových studií jak z environmentálního, či energetického hlediska, tak z hlediska ekonomického, a následným porovnáním.
This bachelor thesis deals with the investment of projects within the New Green Savings Program through the analysis of two model studies with different approaches to the implementation of measures. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and to create background material for the public sector in order to promote the New Green Savings Program and strengthen communication between the public and the involved state institutions. The theoretical part outlines the issues of green policy at the international and national level and introduces the New Green Savings Program in its current form. The practical part deals with a detailed analysis of model projects, determining the amount of the provided subsidy, and evaluating the model studies from an environmental or energy perspective, as well as from an economic perspective, and their subsequent comparison.
