Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí asistenta pedagoga na základní škole. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit asistenta pedagoga jako podpůrné opatření, se zaměřením na sociální vztahy. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace o roli asistenta pedagoga, podpůrných opatřeních a pojetí asistenta pedagoga jako profese. V praktické části je popsán vlastní výzkum, jehož cílem bylo analyzovat činnost asistenta pedagoga na základních školách. Dílčím cílem bylo formulovat doporučení pro základní školy, týkající se nastavení optimálních podmínek pro působení asistenta pedagoga ve třídách. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 60 asistentů pedagoga ze základních škol. Součástí práce je doporučení pro praxi.
The bachelor thesis deals with the role of the teaching assistant in primary school. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the teaching assistant as a support measure, with a focus on social relations. The theoretical part summarizes basic information about the role of the teaching assistant, support measures and the concept of teaching assistant as a profession. The practical part describes the actual research, the aim of which was to analyse the activities of teaching assistants in primary schools. The research sample consisted of 60 teaching assistants from primary schools. The paper includes recommendations for practice.
