dc.description.abstractPeople are the most important resource for any organisation?s to fuction well - that is why it is necessary to ensure and manage it effectively. This falls under the responsibility of the Human Resources department, where specific management tools are utilised. For those tools to be effectively used, relevant information is not only required, but must also be handled correctly. Such data should be compiled in a personal information system serving as an effective treatment tool to Human Resources within the company. Thus, the first part of this Diploma Paper offers a brief theoretical description of individual Human Resources management tools. The second part is mainly dedicated to the description and analysis of the Personal Information system used within the multi-national corporation Johnson Controls.en
dc.description.abstractLidé jsou nejdůležitějším zdrojem pro dobré fungování každé organizace, proto je potřeba tento zdroj pro organizaci zajistit a řídit. To provádí v organizaci personální management, který k tomu využívá své nástroje. K tomu, aby byly tyto nástroje účinně využívány, je zapotřebí mimo jiné relevantních informací, se kterými musí být správně nakládáno. Tyto informace by měly být obsahem personálního informačního systému, který v organizacích slouží jako nástroj pro efektivní práci s informacemi týkajících se personalistiky. Proto první část této diplomové práce nabízí stručný teoretický výklad jednotlivých nástrojů personálního managementu organizace. Druhá část je pak věnována především popisu a analýze personálního informačního systému, který je využíván nadnárodní společností Johnson Controls.cs
