Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Alpinningu. Teoretická část charakterizuje Alpinning a porovnává ho s dalšími moderními pohybovými aktivitami (H.E.A.T. program, Spinning), dále je v této části zahrnuta analýza stávajícího manuálu pro instruktory, stavba lekce Alpinningu (úvodní, hlavní a závěrečná část), práce instruktora, hudba a v neposlední řadě také nechybí teorie a pozitivní vliv aerobního tréninku a energetické systémy pohybu. Důležitou částí celé bakalářské práce je metodický materiál, který obsahuje popis, fotografie a video správného provedení cviků.
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Alpinning. The theoretical part characterize Alpinning and compares it to other modern physical activities (H.E.A.T. program, Spinning), further in this section is included analysis of the existing manual for instructors, Alpinning lesson construction (introductory, main and final part), instruktor's work, music and last but not least theory and a positive influence of aerobic training and energetic motion system. An important part of the bachelor thesis is methodical material, which contains description, photos and a video of the correct performance of the exercises.
