Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá industriálním cestovním ruchem a jeho vlivem na rozvoj destinace. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy jako je již zmíněný industriální cestovní ruch, dále udržitelný cestovní ruch, který s ním úzce souvisí a pojem brownfield. Dále jsou zde popsány termíny týkající se destinace a destinačního managementu. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a srovnání dvou industriálních areálů - Dolní Vítkovice v České republice a Zollverein v Německu. Komparativní analýza srovnává tři hlavní faktory: nabídku služeb pro návštěvníky, návštěvnost a marketingové aktivity. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly mezi těmito areály a na základě výsledků formulovat vlastní návrhy a doporučení pro zvýšení návštěvnosti.
The bachelor's thesis deals with industrial tourism and its influence on the development of the destination. The theoretical part explains important terms such as the already mentioned industrial tourism, sustainable tourism, which is closely related to it and the term brownfield. Terms related to destination and destination management are also described here. The practical part focuses on the characteristics and comparison of two industrial areas - Dolní Vítkovice in the Czech Republic and Zollverein in Germany. The comparative analysis compares three main factors: visitor services, visitor numbers and marketing activities. The aim of the thesis is to identify the differences between these areas and, based on the results, to formulate own proposals and recommendations for increasing visitor numbers.
