Abstract
Diplomova prace se zabyva vyvojem noveho inovativniho produktu a jeho uvedeni na trh. Prace predstavuje moderni metodologii Lean Startup a aplikuje jeji principy na vyvoj online sluzby. V uvodu prace je metodologie definovana a jsou popsany jeji klicove principy, dale detailne rozpracovan nastroj Business Model ananej navazujici Lean Canvas. Nasledne se prace venuje principum overovani obchodniho modelu pomoci minimalniho zivotaschopneho produktu s durazem na zpusoby jeho mereni a vyhodnoceni. Prakticke vyuziti metodologie se zameruje nasestaveni Lean Canvasu z vysledku uzivatelskeho testovani a jeho overeni pomoci minimalniho zivotaschopneho produktu na trhu. Online sluzbou je mobilni aplikace s vyzivovym koucem, vyvijena v kolaboraci s predni ceskou firmou zabyvajici se vyzivovym poradenstvim.
This diploma thesis focuses on a development of a new and innovative product and its introduction into the market. The thesis introduces a new methodology Lean Startup and applies its principles on the development of an online service. Introduction of the thesis defines the methodology and describes its key principles. In the next chapter tools Business Model and its follow-up are elaborated in detail. Afterwards, this thesis discusses the principles of business model verification by a minimal viable product with an emphasis on its methods of measurement and evaluation. The practical usage of the methodological part focuses on a compilation of Lean Canvas from results of users testing and on Lean Canvas verification by a minimal viable product on a market. The online service is a mobile application of a nutritional coach, which is developed in collaboration with a leading company in nutrition counseling.
