Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou alternativních komunikačních systémů užívaných při výchově a vzdělávání dětí se zdravotním postižením. Jejím cílem bylo zmapovat a popsat alternativní komunikační systémy, které se používají při výchově a vzdělávání dětí se zdravotním postižením v příslušných zařízeních. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala a objasňovala narušenou komunikační schopnost, řeč a komunikaci, alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci, augmentativní komunikační systémy a jednotlivé alternativní komunikační systémy. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, jaké alternativní komunikační systémy se používají nejčastěji při výchově a vzdělávání dětí se zdravotním postižením, jaké alternativní komunikační systémy jsou používány v závislosti na zdravotním postižení a kolik dětí alternativní komunikační systémy používá v zařízeních v Královéhradeckém, Libereckém, Pardubickém a Ústeckém kraji. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat výsledky průzkumu, které ukázaly, že nejčastějšími třemi používanými alternativními komunikačními systémy jsou předměty - trojrozměrné symboly, fotografie a Piktogramy.
The thesis deals with the issue of alternative communication systems used in upbringing and education of children with disabilities. Its goal was to map and describe alternative communication systems which are used for upbringing and education of handicaped children in concerned facilities. The thesis consists of two key areas. The theoretical part, which through the processing and presentation of expert sources, described and clarified impaired communication ability, language and communication, alternative and augmentative communication, augmentative communication systems and various alternative communication systems. The practical part, which used a non-standardized questionnaire, investigated what alternative communication systems are mostly used in training and education of children with disabilities. What alternative communication systems are used depending on the disability and how many children use alternative communication systems in facilities in Hradec Králové, Liberec, Pardubice and Ústí regions. The greatest benefits of the thesis with regards to considered problematics are the results of the survey, which showed that the three most used alternative communication systems are objects - three-dimensional symbols, photos and Pictograms.
