Abstract
Diplomová práce Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace Gymnázium Dr. Josefa Pekaře se zabývá problematikou organizace a financování příspěvkových organizací. Práce rozebírá současnou situaci neziskového sektoru, definuje pojmy dotace a subvence a popisuje současný stav systému vzdělávání v České republice. Dále podrobně popisuje organizaci a financování příspěvkových organizací a demonstruje aktuální stav na příkladu konkrétní příspěvkové organizace v oblasti školství. Výsledkem práce je ucelený přehled dané problematiky následovaný přínosem autora formou návrhů zlepšení současného stavu. Návrhy změn se týkají organizace školství, organizace a financování příspěvkových organizací a hospodaření Gymnázia Dr. Josefa Pekaře za účelem progresivních změn v oblasti managementu a financování školních veřejných institucí.
Diploma thesis Management of budgetary organization Gymnazium Dr. Josefa Pekare in Mlada Boleslav deals with issue of organization and funding of budgetary organizations. Thesis analyzes the current situation of the public sector, defines subsidies and describes the current state of the education system in the Czech republic. Further the thesis describes the management and financing of budgetary organizations and demonstrates the current status of the concrete budgetary organization in education system. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive overview of the issue of budgetary organizations, followed by the author's contribution in the form of proposals for improving the current situation. The proposals for improving relate to the organization of education, management and financing of budgetary organizations and management of Gymnazium Dr. Josefa Pekare for purpose of the progressive changes in management and financing of public school institutions.
