Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti vybraného podniku dle vybraných ukazatelů. Cílem je zhodnotit výkonnost podniku Škoda Auto a. s.
a následně porovnat výsledné hodnoty se společností Kia Slovakia s.r.o. První část práce je teoreticky zaměřena a popisuje finanční analýzu, její metody a jednotlivé ukazatele s postupy výpočtů, které se následně využijí v praktické části. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu a interpretaci vybraných ukazatelů podniku Škoda Auto a.s. v časovém období 2020-2024. Následně se tyto ukazatele porovnají s konkurenčním podnikem v období 2020-2023.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of a selected company according to selected indicators. The aim is to effectively evaluate the performance of Škoda Auto a.s. and compare these calculated values with a competitor, Kia Slovakia s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and describes financial analysis, its methods, and individual indicators, along with calculation procedures, which are then applied in the practical part. The practical part is focused on analysing and interpreting selected indicators of Škoda Auto a.s. in the period 2020-2024. These indicators are then compared with those of a competing company for 2020-2023.
