Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu mezinárodního nákupu a hodnocení dodavatelů
společnosti Knorr - Bremse s.r.o. První část práce se zabývá teorií mezinárodního obchodu, včetně
globalizace, modelů mezinárodního obchodu a řízením korporací. Druhá část se věnuje procesu
nákupu, a to jeho definicí, funkcemi a modely. Třetí část zkoumá problematiku dodavatelů,
charakterizuje, jak se dají dodavatelé dělit, jaká kritéria jsou důležitá pro výběr a metody, kterými
lze dodavatele hodnotit. Z této teoretické části následně vyplývá praktická část, kde je představena
společnost Knorr - Bremse s.r.o., včetně historie a její struktury. Je zde také představena její
německá mateřská společnost Knorr - Bremse AG. V závěrečné části je provedena analýza nákupní
činnosti této společnosti, včetně procesu nominace a metod hodnocení dodavatelů. Cílem práce je
analyzovat proces nominace dodavatele na konkrétní díl, který provádí Knorr - Bremse a porovnat
ho s vybranými metodami.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of international purchasing and supplier evaluation of Knorr - Bremse s.r.o. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical aspects of international trade, including globalization, models of international trade, and corporate governance. The second part addresses the purchasing process, including its definition, functions and models. The third part examines supplier issues, characterizing how suppliers can be classified, what criteria are important for selection, and methods for evaluating suppliers. The theoretical part, is followed by a practical section, introducing Knorr - Bremse s.r.o., including its history and structure. Its German parent company Knorr - Bremse AG is also introduced. The final section analyzes the purchasing activities of this company, including the nomination process and supplier evaluation methods. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the supplier nomination process for specific parts conducted by Knorr - Bremse and compare it with selected methods.
