dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem business angels, jeho vymezením, popisem a komparací v rámci Spojených států amerických, Evropy a Afriky. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě provedené komparace zachytit nejvýznamnější rozdíly mezi těmito oblastmi. V první části jsou popsány formy financování podniku v podobě vlastních, cizích a alternativních zdrojů. Dále je představen pojem rizikový a rozvojový kapitál, jehož součástí jsou i business angels. Následuje vymezení pojmu business angels, jeho typů a investičního procesu. Druhá část práce se zabývá komparací business angels ve Spojených státech, Evropě a Africe, kde hlavními poměřovanými vlastnostmi jsou objem investic, počet investorů a preferovaný sektor. Na závěr jsou nastíněny možné budoucí trendy business angels ve zkoumaných oblastech.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis engages in concept of business angels their determination, description and comparation in the frame of United States, Europe and Africa. The main aim of the thesis is to catch the most important differencies between in these two areas on the base of performed comparation. In the first part there are described the forms of financing the business in shape of their own foreign and alternative sources. The concept of riskable and developed capital is also introduced which part is also business angels. The determination of concept of business angels its types and investment process follows. The second part of my dissertation engages in comparation of business angels in the United States, Europe and Africa, where the volume of investments, number of investors and preferent sectors are the main compared characters. In conclusion there are noticed posible future trends of business angels in investigated areas.en
