| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů z hlediska právní úpravy. Tématem tohoto díla je charakteristika řízení lidských zdrojů v teoretické podobě, včetně vysvětlení několika teoretických pojmů. Těmi jsou personální útvar a personalisté. V bakalářské práci jsou také popsány personální aktivity spojené s pracovním procesem zaměstnanců, týkající se jejich přijímání, hodnocení, odměňování, vzdělávání a propouštění. Všechny zmíněné oblasti jsou vymezeny v právní úpravě. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných personálních aktivit ve společnosti KSM Castings CZ a.s., na kterou je praktická část bakalářské práce sestavena. Výsledkem práce jsou navrhnutá optimální řešení výkonu jednotlivých činností, která by v budoucnu mohla přinést zlepšení výkonu personalistů uvnitř společnosti. Přínos autora tohoto díla spočívá zejména v porozumění personální práci v souvislosti s její právní úpravou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with a topic of human resources management from the point of view of legislation. The topic of this thesis is a description of human resource management in theory, including an explanation of a few theoretical terms, such as human resource department and human resource specialists. In the bachelor thesis, there are also described human resource activities linked with a work process of employees related to their hiring, evaluation, remuneration, training and dismissal. All of the mentioned areas are defined in legislation. The practical part of the bachelor thesis analyses selected human resource activities in the KSM Castings CZ, limited company, to which the practical part of the bachelor thesis is applied. The outcome of the thesis are suggested optimal solutions to the execution of single activities which in the future could lead to an improvement of the performance of human resource specialists in the company. The contribution of the author of the thesis lies in the understanding of human resource work in relation to legislation. | en |
