dc.description.abstractThe theme of the bachelor thesis is Organizational structure of a selected municipal office and it is focused on The Municipal Office of Nymburk, in particular on its organizational structure and its proposal of a variance of the organizational structure. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part gives some basic facts about the town and the municipal office. There is described the history and the present of Nymburk and there are some informations about The Municipal Office of Nymburk too. The second part informs about the parts of the municipal office, also about a chief magistrate, about commissions, committees and about a council of a town. The third part includes an economy of the municipal office. There are a closing account and a budget of the municipal office. In the last part is described the organizational structure of The Municipal office of Nymburk with its departments and there is a proposal of a variance of the organizational structure.en
dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je Organizační struktura vybraného obecního úřadu. Práce je zaměřena na Městský úřad Nymburk, především na jeho organizační strukturu a návrh její změny. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části jsou obsaženy základní informace o obci a obecním úřadu. Zde je zejména zmíněna historie a současnost města Nymburk, dále základní informace o Městském úřadu Nymburk a jeho působnost. Ve druhé části jsou charakterizovány a popsány orgány obce, zastupitelstva a rady obce. Třetí část je zaměřena na hospodaření obce, její rozpočet a závěrečný účet. Poslední část se zabývá organizační strukturou obecního úřadu. V této části jsou uvedeny především odbory Městského úřadu Nymburk a charakteristika jejich činnosti. Tato část také obsahuje návrh změny organizační struktury Městského úřadu Nymburk.cs
