dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis, in the introductory part, is focused on elaborating history, regulations of American football and surveying current condition of American football in the Czech Republic.The SWOT analysis provided an overview of present problems of the club, its stenghts and weaknesses. Management of the club and its marketing activities were analysed in the financial and marketing analysis. Marketing research shows public awareness of American football and the club Titans in region of Liberec. A complex corpus of basic information about American football was created. Also, particular measures were proposed in order to enhance financial situation of the club as well as rise awareness of American football through the club Titans in the region of Liberec.	en
dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je v úvodní části zaměřena na zpracování historie, pravidel amerického fotbalu a zmapování aktuální situace amerického fotbalu v České republice. Provedená SWOT analýza poskytla přehled o dosavadních problémech klubu, jeho silných a slabých stránek. Ve Finanční a marketingové analýze bylo rozebráno hospodaření klubu a jeho marketingová činnost. Marketingový výzkum ukázal, jaká je informovanost veřejnosti o americkém fotbale a o klubu Titans v Libereckém kraji. V práci byl vytvořen ucelený soubor základních informací o americkém fotbale. Dále byla navržena opatření na zlepšení finanční situace klubu a zlepšení informovanosti o americkém fotbale prostřednictvím týmu Titans v Libereckém kraji.	cs
