Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování rešerše na téma trendy ve výrobě potahů automobilových sedadel. Následně provést testování dodaných vzorků těchto textilií a poté vyhodnotit trvanlivostní vlastnosti. Teoretická část je věnována vývoji potahových materiálů Poté je charakterizována struktura sedadla spolu s textilními materiály. Podrobněji jsou popsány trendy a požadavky ve výrobě automobilových sedadel doplněné o konkrétní příklady vyvinuté ve společnostech Johnson Controls a Recaro. V praktické části jsou testovány čtyři druhy textilním materiálů. Zkoumán byl oděr v ploše, žmolkovitost, zátrhovost a vliv klimatických podmínek.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is compile background research on the theme the trends in the production of carseat covers and then measurement samples of these textiles and then the durability properties are analysed. In the theoretical part is devoted of the development car covering materials and then the structure of carseat along with the textile materials is described. In more detail are defined the trends and requirements in the production complete in concrete examples educe in companies Johnson Controls and Recaro. The practical part of this work is concentrating on testing of four kinds textile materials. The durability resistance, the pilling, the snagging and influence of climate conditions are examined.
