dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce zjišťuje, zda a jakým způsobem sociální pracovníci používají humor jako nástroj v metodách a technikách sociální práce. Cílem práce je onen způsob popsat. V teoretické části se nachází definice sociální práce a jejich vybraných metod, technik a teorií, sociálních služeb, pojmu klient a humoru způsobem odpovídajícím výsledkům průzkumu a tak, aby byla patrná návaznost mezi částí teoretickou a průzkumnou. Průzkumná část obsahuje popis metody sběru dat, fragmenty rozhovorů, sumarizaci získaných dat a diskusi. Respondenti se shodli, že humor používají jako nástroj k navázání vztahu s klientem a k udržení tohoto vztahu. V průzkumu se často opakovalo, že humor má funkci sloužící k odlehčení situace a získání nadhledu. Dalším zjištěním bylo, že humor je sociálními pracovníky využíván ke vzájemné podpoře členů týmu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The Bachelor thesis inspects if and how social workers use humor as a tool in the social work methods and techniques. The goal of the thesis is to describe the way humor is used. In the theoretical part of the work, social work is defined, together with its selected methods, techniques, and theories. Also defined are social services, the term client, and humor adjusted for the survey results and to maintain connection between the theoretical part and the exploratory part of the work. The exploratory part of the thesis contains the description of the data collection methodology, sections of interviews, summarization of the collected data, and a discussion. The respondents agreed that humor is used as a tool to establish a relationship with the clients and for its maintenance. The responses often repeated that humor is used to lighten the situation and provide a detached view. Another finding was that social workers use humor for mutual support in the team.	en
