Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá informačním tokem při plánování a řízení dopravy v distribuční společnosti maziv a pohonných hmot. V předmětné společnosti jsou zaběhlé zastaralé procesy, které zabraňují dalšímu rozvoji. V diplomové práci jsou identifikovány veškeré informační bariéry, které jsou příčinou vzniku mnoha problémů a plýtváním času. Úkolem bylo navrhnout řešení, užitím moderních informačních technologií, které zprůchodní tok informací, zefektivní procesy a pomůže udržet zákazníky. Výsledkem práce je navržený informační systém, který odpovídá současným trendům a napomáhá předmětné společnosti zvýšit svou konkurenceschopnost. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny ekonomické a technologické přínosy pro předmětnou společnost a je naznačeno, jakým způsobem bude navrhované řešení implementováno.
Design of Software Structure for Transport Planning and Control of the Flow of Logistical Information in a Production and Distribution OrganizationThis diploma thesis deals with the information flow in the planning and traffic management in the distribution company of lubricants and fuels. In the subject company there are obsolete processes, which avoid further development. This diploma thesis identified all information barriers, which are the cause of many problems and waste of time. The aim was to design solutions using modern information technologies that improve the information flow, make processes effective, and help the company to keep their customers. The result is a newly designed information system, built according to the current trends and helps the subject company increase their competitiveness. Finally, the economic and technological benefits for the subject company are evaluated and the indication is given about how the proposed solution would be implemented.
