Abstract
Bakalářské práce s názvem Inovace v podniku formou aplikace pokladního systému se zabývá především tématem inovace v podniku z odvětví gastronomie a to konkrétně zavedením pokladního systému do zkoumaného subjetku nacházejícího se v hlavním městě Praze. Práce je zaměřena na inovaci sluţeb a skládá se ze dvou dílčích částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky inovací, jejich dělení a bliţší vysvětlení pojmů objevujících se v této práci. Praktická část je nejprve uvedena základními informacemi o konkrétním podnikatelském subjektu, který je v práci zkoumán a na který je inovační proces aplikován. Následuje průběh celého inovačního procesu včetně informací o návštěvnosti podniku a jeho trţbách. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy zvoleného pokladního systému a zhodnocení jeho zavedení do podniku.
AnnotationThe innovation in the enterpirse through the application of a cash systemThe bachelor thesis The innovation in the enterpirse through the application of a cash system deals mainly with the theme of innovation in the gastronomy business, specifically with the introduction of a cash system into the enterprise which is located in the capital city Prague. This bachelor thesis is focused on the innovation in service and consists of two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic terms of innovation and their divisions and explanation of the concepts emerging in this thesis. The practical part starts with basic information about a business subject, which is researched in the thesis and where is the innovation process applicated. Following is the innovation process by itself including visitors turnout and sales of the enterprise. The aim of this thesis is to analyze selected cash system and evaluate its instalation into the enterprise.
