Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou funkčního celotáborového programu pro věkově heterogenní skupiny na letním táboře. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit, koordinovat a pomocí polostrukturovaného pozorování, rozhovorů a analýzy SWOT vyhodnotit celotáborový program. Práce se také zaměřila na prosociálnost účastníků a podporu jejich rozvojových potřeb během táborového programu. Výsledky vyhodnocení ukázaly, že tábor je vhodný pro každou věkovou kategorii, od raného věku až po časnou dospělost.
The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a functional all-camp program for age heterogeneous groups at summer camp. The bachelor's thesis aims to create, coordinate and evaluate a camp-wide program using semi-structured observation, interviews and SWOT analysis. The thesis also focused on the prosociality of the participants and support for their developmental needs during the camp program. The results of the evaluation showed that the camp is suitable for every age category, from early years to middle adulthood.
