Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je: Provést základní průzkum trhu z hlediska výrobců viskózových přízí a knihařských pláten. Dále odebrat vhodné vzorky přízí a knihařských pláten v režném a upraveném stavu od firmy Nyklíček a spol. s.r.o. a od firmy BN International s.r.o. a vytipovat vhodné jakostní ukazatele přízí a tkanin tak, aby bylo možné posoudit strukturu knihařských pláten. Prověřit, zda bude možné pro hodnocení kvality knihařských pláten využít metody měření chlupatosti s využitím systému RCM a interní normy pro stanovení míry porozity.Teoretická část popisuje knihařské materiály a knihařství, obsahuje výsledky průzkumu trhu firem, vyrábějících knihařské materiály a ostatních firem, které knihařské materiály prodávají. V experimentální části jsou posuzovány charakteristické vlastnosti přízí a tkanin s cílem posoudit vliv vybraných faktorů na jejich kvalitu.
The aims of this bachelor thesis are to perform the basic market research from the perspective of producers of viscose yarn and bookbinding canvases.Furthermore take appropriate samples of yarns and bookbinding canvases of burlap and modified condition from Nyklíček a spol. s.r.o. and from BN International s.r.o. and identify the appropriate quality indicators yarns and fabrics in order to assess the structure of bookbinding canvases. Examine whether it will be possible for assessing the quality bookbinding canvases utilize hairiness measurement method using RCM system and internal standards for determining the degree of porosity.Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes bookbinding materials and pulp, contains the results of market research of companies producing bookbinding materials and other companies that sell bookbinding materials. In the experimental part there are examined the characteristics of yarns and fabrics to assess the impact of selected factors on their quality
