Abstract
Provázení krizí ve sféře sociální práce představuje zásadní aspekt profesního působení sociálních pracovníků. Krizové situace, které mohou mít různou povahu a příčiny se vyznačují akutním ohrožením životních podmínek a pohody jednotlivců, rodin či skupin. Sociální pracovníci, jako klíčoví aktéři v oblasti pomoci a podpory, se stávají důležitými poskytovateli intervencí v těchto náročných situacích.
Téma provázení krizí v sociální práci je multidimenzionální a vyžaduje od sociálních pracovníků specifické kompetence a dovednosti. Zvládnutí a účinné reagování na krizové situace předpokládá hluboké porozumění psychosociálním procesům, kvalifikaci, odborné dovednosti, schopnost empatie, sebereflexe, introspekce a také schopnost rychlého rozhodování a řízení intervencí.
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat situace krizové intervence vyžadující specifické kompetence sociálního pracovníka a zjistit oblasti, v nichž se sociální pracovník cítí kompetentní. Práce je strukturována do třech kapitol, které vycházejí z teoretických východisek, empirických dat a průzkumu, který byl proveden metodou dotazování. Práce si klade za cíl poskytnout relevantní poznatky a doporučení pro praxi sociálních pracovníků v oblasti provázení krizí, a zároveň posloužit jako základ pro další studie.
Management of crises in the sphere of social work represents a fundamental aspect of the professional activities of social workers. Crisis situations, which can have different nature and causes, are characterized by an acute threat to the living conditions and well-being of individuals, families or groups. Social workers, as key actors in the field of help and support, become important providers of interventions in these challenging situations. The topic of crisis management in social work is multidimensional and requires specific competencies and skills from social workers. Coping and responding effectively to crisis situations requires a deep understanding of psychosocial processes, qualifications, professional skills, the ability to empathize, self-reflection, introspection, as well as the ability to make quick decisions and manage interventions. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe situations of crisis intervention requiring specific competencies of a social worker and to find out the areas in which the social worker feels competent. The work is divided into three chapters, which are based on theoretical starting points, empirical data and a survey that was carried out using the method of questioning. The work aims to provide relevant knowledge and recommendations for the practice of social workers in the field of crisis management, and at the same time serve as a basis for further studies.
