dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the environmental investment projects, definition of their essence, evaluation of these projects and the analysis of the present situation in the Czech Republic and countries of the European Union. In the first part, there is a definition of the environmental investments, it includes investments in the environment. There are opinions of individual institutions, goverment and international organizations concerning this topic. In the second part, there are the environmental investment projects explained and characterized in more details and evaluation thair effectiveness as well. In the third chapter the environmetal investments from the perspective of the Czech republic are discussed from the part of income and expenditure. In the fourth chapter of this thesis the attention is paid to the countries of the European Union and the Structural Funds from where the countries draw their support for investment projects. The countries, including the Czech Republic, which have their own investmental program for investment into the environment are analyzed more systematically focused on investments.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá environmentálními investičními projekty, definováním jejich podstaty, hodnocením těchto projektů a analýzou jejich současného stavu v České republice a v zemích Evropské unie. V první části jsou definovány environmentální investiční projekty, o jaký typ investic se jedná a jak na ně pohlíží jednotlivé instituce, státní a mezinárodní organizace. V druhé části je podrobně vysvětleno a charakterizováno hodnocení environmentálních investičních projektů a jejich efektivita. Ve třetí kapitole je environmentální investování rozebráno z pohledu České republiky, jak z příjmové části, tak ze strany výdajové. Ve čtvrté části této diplomové práce je pozornost věnována zemím Evropské unie a Strukturálním fondům, ze kterých jednotlivé země čerpají prostředky na financování investičních projektů. Země, včetně České republiky, které mají samostatný operační program pro investování do životního prostředí jsou rozebrány systematičtěji, s přesným zaměřením investic.cs
