Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku učitelů s Aspergerovým syndromem ve školním prostředí. Práce analyzuje každodenní výzvy, kterým tito pedagogové čelí a zároveň představuje jejich překážky a silné stránky při výuce. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí pojmů spojených s poruchou autistického spektra a Aspergerovým syndromem. Praktická část využívá kvalitativní výzkum pro potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz na základě teoretické části. Cílem této práce je lépe porozumět specifickým potřebám učitelů s Aspergerovým syndromem a na základě výzkumu navrhnout odborná doporučení pro jejich efektivní začlenění. Zároveň si klade za cíl podnítit diskuzi o diverzitě v pedagogickém prostředí a přispět k obohacení vzdělávacího procesu.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the problems that teachers with Asperger's syndrome in the school environment have to face. The study analyses the daily challenges that these teachers have to face and at the same time shows their weaknesses and strengths in their teaching practice. The theoretical part uses qualitative research to confirm or disprove hypotheses based on the theoretical part. The aim of this work is to gain a better understanding of the specific needs of teachers with Asperger's syndrome and based on the research propose professional recommendations for their effective integration. Additionally, the thesis aims to stimulate a discussion on diversity in the educational environment and contribute to enriching the educational process
