Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na leasingové financování. V první části práce bude leasing charakterizován a budou definovány důležité pojmy s ním související. Dále jsou popsány jiné způsoby pořízení majetku, je provedena jejich komparace. Teorie je uzavřena vymezením leasingové smlouvy a právní stránkou věci. Cílem praktické části práce je návrh o optimálním způsobu financování aktiva. Nejprve je zde popsána spolupracující společnost a jimi nabízené produkty. Dále je provedeno srovnání úvěru a leasingu dle několika faktorů. Rozhodnutí o nejvýhodnějším způsobu financování je podloženo matematikou metodou výpočtu čisté výhody leasingu.
This bachelor thesis is focused especially on lease financing. The first part of the thesis characterizes the concept of leasing and defines the most important terms related to it. Then, there are described other methods of asset acquisition and their comparison. The theory is closed by the defining of a leasing contract and the legal aspects of this issue. The aim of the practical part is about to suggest an optimal method of asset financing. At first, there is a description of a co-operating company and its products. After that, there is made a comparison of credit and leasing according to several factors. Finally, the decision about the most advantageous way of financing is supported by the mathematical method of calculating the net benefit of leasing.
