Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je pomocí vybraných finančních i nefinančních ukazatelů vyhodnotit výkonnost podniku Vapos s.r.o. Hlavním motivem výběru tohoto tématu je možnost důkladně se seznámit s fungováním, řízením a procesy v podniku a následně zjistit, zda podnik vykazuje požadovanou výkonnost, či nikoli. V teoretické části je obecně pojednáno o metodách hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. K rozboru finančních ukazatelů je použita finanční analýza a k rozboru nefinančních ukazatelů je popsána metoda Balanced Scorecard, která se při hodnocení výkonnosti snaží zohlednit finanční i nefinanční ukazatele. V praktické části jsou poté tyto metody aplikovány na zvolený podnik. Závěr práce obsahuje nejdůležitější poznatky a návrhy na případná opatření pro zlepšení výkonnosti daného podniku.
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of VAPOS Ltd. using specific financial and nonfinancial indicators. The main argument, when choosing this topic, was the opportunity to become thoroughly acquainted with company's business operations and management to, eventually, find out the results, whether or not this company reaches its required efficiency. In the theoretical part, the methods of efficiency evaluation are being described in general. Main financial ratios were used to evaluate company performance. To describe the nonfinancial indicators, the Balanced Scorecard was implemented. In the practical part, the above mentioned methods were applied to analyse the company. The most important results and proposals of potential corrective measures that shall improve the company's efficiency, are listed in the conclusion of the thesis.
