Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce "Uplatnění zásad projektového řízení v praxi" je zhodnocení průběhu vybraného projektu a návrh zefektivnění celého procesu projektu pomocí jednotlivých kroků ve vybrané firmě. V první části diplomové práce jsou obsaženy základní pojmy, dále problematika projektového řízení, a především zaměření se na problém zabývající se kvalitou, zefektivnění procesu a další témata, která s tímto úzce souvisí. V druhé části diplomové práce je popisován vybraný projekt od jeho příchodu do firmy až po jeho finální odevzdání konečnému zákazníkovi. Poslední část diplomové práce je věnována návrhu řešení, jak zefektivnit celý proces průběhu projektu a vyvarovat se časovým a procesním chybám.
The aim of diploma thesis "Application of project management principles in practice" is to evaluate the progress of a selected project and propose the streamlining of the entire project process through individual steps within a chosen company. The first part of diploma thesis contains basic concepts, followed by issues related to project management, with a focus on addressing quality concerns, process optimization, and other closely related topics. The second part of diploma describes the selected project from its inception within the company to its final delivery to the end customer. The final part of diploma is dedicated to proposing solutions on how to streamline the entire project progress process and avoid time and process-related errors.
