Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nefinančních ukazatelů výkonnosti v controllingu ve společnosti LÁZNĚ LIBVERDA, a.s. Cílem práce je na základě těchto ukazatelů poskytnout zkoumané společnosti zpětnou vazbu a případné doporučení na využití některých zjištěných poznatků. Rešeršní část práce se zaměřuje na controlling a jeho nefinanční část, nefinanční ukazatele a výkonnost. Ve druhé části práce se autor věnuje metodám, které použil pro vyhodnocování výzkumných otázek a pro subjektivní závěry. Třetí a čtvrtá část se věnují praktické části diplomové práce. V praktické části je zahrnuta detailní analýza společnosti LÁZNĚ LIBVERDA, a.s., definovány výzkumné otázky, jejich analýza a vyhodnocení. Závěr práce obsahuje autorovo shrnutí a případné doporučení pro aplikaci některých nefinančních ukazatelů.
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of non-financial performance indicators in controlling at LÁZNĚ LIBVERDA, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to provide feedback and recommendations to the company based on these indicators.
