| dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor Work dealt with the issue of causes of aggressive behaviour of the accused. The subject of the Bachelor Work is a characteristic description of aggression manifestations in the behaviour of incarcerated people. The objective is analyses of individual forms and manifestations of aggressive behaviour by the accused, and determination to find and define the basic causes inducing aggressive behaviour of incarcerated people. The objective of the theoretical section of my Bachelor Work was to sketch the purpose, way and place of detention execution, describe the individual forms and manifestations of aggressiveness which occur in the penitentiary environment, and define the individual indicators that might be the cause of aggressive acting of the accused placed in the execution of detention. The empiric part of the Bachelor Work is focused on revelation of potential causes of the origin of aggressive behaviour of the accused, placed in the Stockade of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic in Hradec Králové. The Work utilised content analysis of the file documentation of all the accused who were at the time of the investigation placed in execution of detention in the Stockade of Hradec Králové, and a questionnaire survey of 100 randomly addressed informants out of people incarcerated in prison. Besides the effect of personality traits and social learning, the results of the study pointed at potential external causes invoking the aggressive behaviour of people incarcerated in prison. The presented findings result in the measures proposed, which consist in particular in creation of such conditions that will lead to reduction of violation, such as change in the accommodation structure, further quality improvement pf programmes to fulfil the leisure time of the people incarcerated in prison, selection of a sufficient number of erudited workers, stabilisation of prison staff, accelerated and more efficient criminal suits. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou příčin agresivního jednání u obviněných. Předmětem bakalářské práce je charakteristický popis projevů agrese v chování vazebně stíhaných osob. Cílem je pak rozklad jednotlivých forem a projevů agresivního chování u obviněných a snaha o nalezení a definování základních příčin vyvolávajících agresivní jednání vazebně stíhaných osob. V teoretické části bakalářské práce bylo mým cílem nastínit účel, způsob a místo výkonu vazby, popsat jednotlivé formy a projevy agresivity, ke kterým v penitenciárním prostředí dochází a vymezit jednotlivé markanty, které mohou být příčinou agresivního jednání obviněných umístěných ve výkonu vazby. Empirická část bakalářské práce je pak zaměřena na odhalení možných příčin původu agresivního jednání u obviněných umístěných ve Vazební věznici Vězeňské služby ČR Hradec Králové. K dané práci bylo použito obsahové analýzy spisové dokumentace všech obviněných nacházejících se v době šetření ve výkonu vazby ve Vazební věznici Hradec Králové a dotazníkového šetření u 100 náhodně oslovených respondentů z řad vazebně stíhaných osob. Výsledky provedeného šetření, kromě vlivu charakterových vlastností a sociálního učení, poukázaly na možné externí příčiny vyvolávající agresivní jednání vazebně stíhaných osob. Daná zjištění vyúsťují do navrhovaných opatření, především spočívajících ve vytváření podmínek, které povedou ke snižování násilí, jako např. změna struktury ubytování, další zkvalitňování programů pro vyplňování volného času vazebně stíhaných osob, výběr dostatečného počtu erudovaných pracovníků, stabilizace vězeňského personálu, urychlení a zefektivnění trestního řízení. | cs |
