dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis was aimed on the problems of migration and on the options of the czech state institutions in the proces of integrating the migrants. The goal of the thesis was clearing and exploring the aspects of migration, its main causes and the main reasons of the imigration in the Czech republic. This meant also exploring the proces through which Czech republic has been changing from the transit country into the destination country. Important part of the thesis was formed by the description of the integration policy developement in the Czech republic. The first part of the thesis was formed by the main definitons of the most important basic terminology of migration an integration in general. This was followed by the description of the law and particular acts connected to the problems of migration and by the descriptions of the others focused on the area of the imigrants life style and rules for their stay in the Czech republic. Important part of the text was formed by the analysis of the proces of closing the czech legal system to the european one. Following part of the thesis was aimed on the problems of migrants enter and stay in the Czech republic, on the illegal imigration and its connection to the international organized crime. The last part of the text was formed by the analysis of the integration proces in the Czech republic and on the future perspectives in this area.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou migrace a možnostmi státních orgánů České republiky při následné integraci imigrantů. Cílem práce bylo objasnění problematiky migrace, jejich hlavních příčin spolu s hledáním důvodů příchodu migrantů do České republiky a její změny za země tranzitní v zemi cílovou, stejně jako popsání vývoje integrační politiky České republiky. Na počátku byly vymezeny základní pojmy, které s problematikou migrace a integrace velice úzce souvisí. Popsány byly nejdůležitější právní normy, které upravují problematiku migrace, stejně jako další zákony, které řeší životní podmínky imigrantů a jejich postupné sladění s právními normami Evropské unie. Část práce byla věnována problematice vstupu a pobytu cizinců na území republiky, problematice nelegální migrace, na kterou se velice úzce váže mezinárodní organizovaný zločin. V závěrečné části se zabývala problematikou integrace spolu s formováním a vývojem integrační politiky v České republice.cs
