Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou využívání příspěvku na péči se zaměřením na specifickou skupinu seniorů správního území Liberecka. Cílem bylo zjistit a popsat způsob využívání peněžité dávky oprávněnými osobami. Práce se snažila prozkoumat, v jaké výši byl poskytnutý příspěvek využíván na zakoupení služeb sociální péče poskytovaných státními i nestátními organizacemi v regionu Liberec. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti, a to část teoretická a část praktická. Teoretická část se věnovala vymezení základních pojmů a legislativního rámce, jenž se vztahují k problematice stáří, příspěvku na péči a sociálních služeb. Praktická část pomocí vybrané metody zjišťovala, jakým způsobem byl příspěvek na péči seniory obce Liberec využíván. Dále se pokusila najít souvislost, zda byla zvolená forma zajištění pomoci ovlivněna výší přiznaného stupně závislosti, věkem či pohlavím. Získané poznatky vyústily v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření především v oblasti plánování komunitních služeb na Liberecku a podpory pečujících osob. Přínos práce lze spatřovat v získání údajů o tom, jakou formou si nejčastěji senioři zajišťovali své potřeby.
This Bachelor Thesis dealt with the use of care benefit dilemma with the focus on a specific group - seniors in Liberec. The aim was to find out and describe the measure of care benefit use through the authorized persons. The thesis tried to search in which range the benefit provided had been used for the purchase of the social-service-work provided by governmental or non-overnmental organisations in the Liberec region. The thesis was divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical respectively. The theoretical part specified basic concepts and legislative frame which refer to the dilemma of old age, care benefit and social services. The practical part determined (with the chosen method) how the care benefit was used by the seniors in Liberec. Futher it tried to find a link between the chosen form of the established help and the level of dependence degree, age or sex. Acquired knowledge ended in concrete suggested precautions, mainly in the area of planing of community services in Liberec region and solicitous person support. The asset of this thesis can be seen in the collected data about which form the seniors had used the most to assure their needs.
