| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with an effect of stress on teachers on the first grade of a basic schools and also with a possible occurrence of the burn - out syndrome. It takes into consideration recency of these corrent problems at helping professions and with help of literature I have proceeded within the framework of the profession of a teacher, especially at primary school. The main goal of this work in a theoretical part was to find out the reasons and symproms of stress and the burn - out syndrome and what are their consequences to a teacher. Other goal was to set the received information into real situations, which could appear during teaching. The practical part presents the results of research done at basic schools in Liberec. Using the method of questionnaire I have found out the level and area of stress of teachers and possible occurrence of the burn - out syndrome. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu stresu na učitele 1.stupně základních škol a zároveň o možném výskytu syndromu vyhoření. Vycházela jsem z aktuálnosti tohoto problému dnešní doby u pomáhajících profesí a s pomocí literatury jej zpracovala v rámci profese učitele, zejména na 1.stupni. Cílem práce v teoretické části bylo zjistit, jaké jsou příčiny a projevy stresu a syndromu vyhoření a jaký má na učitele dopad. Zároveň tyto poznatky zasadit do konkrétních situací, které by mohly u učitelské profesi nastat. Praktická část prezentuje výzkum realizovaný na základních školách v Liberci. Metodou dotazníku jsem zjišťovala, do jaké míry a v jaké oblasti jsou učitelé stresováni a zároveň i možnost výskytu syndromu vyhoření. | cs |
