dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ambulantní formy služby rané péče. Ambulantní formy nejsou příliš zmapovaná oblast, proto se práce zabývá danou problematikou. Cílem práce je zmapovat ambulantní programy, které nabízejí organizace poskytující službu rané péče. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část empirickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy k danému tématu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny souhrnné informace o problematice rané péče a podrobné se zaměření na její ambulantní formy. Empirická část práce obsahuje průzkum, díky němuž byly zmapovány aktuálně poskytované ambulantní programy služby rané péče. Z průzkumu vznikly přehledy, které uvádí zjištěné ambulantní programy rozdělené na individuální a skupinové. Tyto programy jsou následně zmíněné i v dalším přehledu, který obsahuje názvy organizací, cílové skupiny a informace o poskytování ambulantních forem. Tyto vzniklé přehledy jsou v současné době ojedinělé a dokáží přiblížit praxi k teorii.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The Bachelor's thesis focuses on ambulant forms of early care services. Ambulant forms are not a well-charted area, therefore the work deals with the given issue. The aim of the work is to map ambulant programs offered by organizations providing early care services. The Bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. In the theoretical part, the basic terms for the given topic are defined. In addition, summary information on the issue of early care and a detailed focus on its ambulant forms are presented here. The empirical part of the work contains a survey, thanks to which the currently provided ambulant programs of the early care service were mapped. The survey resulted in overviews that list the identified ambulant programs divided to individual and group. These programs are subsequently mentioned in the next overview, which contains the names of organizations, target groups and information on the provision of ambulant forms. These overviews are currently unique and can bring practice closer to theory.	en
