dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis Road-traffic infrastructure funding by PPP method (Private Partnership) deals with the possibility of the public needs financing by using classic sources in comparison with alternative sources. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the financial sources gaining by the public sector and describes the possibilities of the cooperation with the private sector. Further it explains the characteristics, ways and the types of PPP method. The practical part concerns with the ways of the traffic infrastructure financing in the Czech Republic and compares them with the possibility of the private sector engaging. At the same time it implies the comparison of PPP method with the classic public commission. The final part evaluates the contributions which you can reach with the help of PPP method and presents suggestions how to make this method more attractive for the public sector.	en
dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma Financování dopravní infrastruktury metodou PPP (Public Private Partnership) se zabývá možností financování veřejných potřeb z klasických zdrojů v porovnání se zdroji alternativními. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na získávání finančních zdrojů veřejným sektorem a popisuje možnosti spolupráce se sektorem soukromým. Dále jsou objasněny charakteristiky, způsoby a typy metody PPP. Praktická část se věnuje způsobům financování dopravní infrastruktury v České republice (ČR) a porovnává je s možností zapojení soukromého sektoru. Zároveň je zde naznačeno porovnání výhodnosti metody PPP s tradiční veřejnou zakázkou. Závěrečná část zhodnocuje přínosy, které je možné pomocí metody PPP dosáhnout a předkládá možné návrhy, jak učinit metodu PPP atraktivnější pro veřejný sektor.	cs
