dc.description.abstract	This paper is aimed at the comparison of organizations operating on their own full cost methodology within their home country and abroad. Furthermore, this paper is focused on the evaluation of current status and suggesting recommendation for further practices of the Technical University of Liberec. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is based on literature review. Basic concepts related to the methodology of calculation, determining overhead costs and their advantages and disadvantages are described and explained. Next part deals with current situation of indirect costs of the TUL. The third part is dedicated to the comparison of indirect costs of selected organisations in the Czech Republic and abroad on the basis of own investigation. The vast majority of this chapter is aimed at study 'Financial sustainable universities - toward full costing in European universities' which is conducted by the European University Association (EUA). In the conclusion is suggested recommendation for further practice of the TUL.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je komparace organizací pracujících na vlastní metodice full cost doma i v zahraničí, vyhodnocení tohoto stavu a navrhnutí doporučení pro další praxi Technické univerzity v Liberci (TUL). Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část diplomové práce vychází z odborné literatury. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisí s metodou kalkulací, stanovení režijních nákladů a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Další část práce se zabývá aktuální situací režijních nákladů na TUL. Předposlední část práce je věnována porovnání stavu režijních nákladů u vybraných organizací doma i v zahraničí na základě vlastního šetření. Velká část této kapitoly je také věnována závěrům studie Asociace evropských univerzit (EAU) ?Financial sustainable universities ? toward full costing in Europien universities?. V závěru je navrženo doporučení pro další praxi TUL.	cs
