dc.description.abstractThe thesis had the character of a project. It dealt theoretically and practically with the problems of the probation and mediation service in the Czech Republic. Its aim was the proposal of a project, its realisation and evaluation. The thesis contained two parts. Its theoretical part dealt with problems of the probation and mediation service in the Czech Republic, possible causes of youth crime and its necessary prevention, elucidating the work of probation officers, social workers and social trustees. The thesis also introduced the Project done by the Centres of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic, in the region of Central Bohemia in 2005, striving for the prevention and reduction of crime among minors and youth in the region. The practical part of the thesis dealt with the sources and origins of the Project by the Probation and mediation service in the judicial district of Nymburk, its foundation and realisation. Used methodology of the project was a non-standardized didactical test and retest.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce měla charakter projektové práce. Zabývala se teoreticky i prakticky problematikou Probační a mediační služby České republiky. Jejím cílem byl návrh projektu, jeho realizace a vyhodnocení. Práce obsahovala dvě části. Část teoretickou, která se zabývala problematikou Probační a mediační služby České republiky, možnými příčinami a nutností prevence kriminality mládeže, přiblížením práce probačního úředníka, sociálního pracovníka a sociálního kurátora. Dále představila Projekt středisek Probační a mediační služby České republiky Středočeského kraje pro rok 2005, usilující o prevenci a snížení kriminality nezletilých a mladistvých v daném regionu. Praktická část se zabývala východisky pro vznik Projektu Probační a mediační služby České republiky v soudním okrese Nymburk, jeho vznikem a realizací. Metodologií projektu byl nestandardizovaný didaktický test a retest.cs
