dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the process of adopting euro, then the entrance of the member state of the European Union to the Economic and the Monetary Union. The thesis is also concerned with the causes and effects of the monetary attacks in this process. For the detailed research of this problem Great Britain was chosen as a current member state of the European Union which as the only state went out of the Exchange Rate Mechanism and never went back into. The main aim of this work is to evaluate the condition of the British economy and used economic policy in the period when Great Britain was prepared for the admission to the Exchange Rate Mechanism, in the time of this mechanism and also in the period after its leaving. The evaluation of the British economy will be compared with the current economic conditions in the Czech Republic and it will lead to the comparison of the possible similarities in both economics. As the result will be potential recommendations for the Czech Republic with the respect for its entrance into the Economic and the Monetary Union.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesu přijetí eura, tedy vstupu členského státu Evropské unie do hospodářské a měnové unie. Dále se zabývá příčinami a důsledky měnových útoků v tomto procesu. Pro podrobné zkoumání tohoto problému byla zvolena Velká Británie jako stávající člen Evropské unie, který jako jediný vystoupil ze systému měnových mechanismů bez opětovného vstupu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stav britské ekonomiky a používaných hospodářských politik v období, kdy se chystala na vstup do měnového mechanismu, v době účasti v tomto mechanismu a v době po jeho opuštění. Zhodnocení stavu britského hospodářství bude porovnáno se stávajícím stavem ekonomiky v České republice a povede ke srovnání možných podobností v obou ekonomikách. Výsledkem budou možná doporučení pro Českou republiku s ohledem na její vstup do hospodářské a měnové unie.	cs
