Abstract
Diplomová práce má za cíl navrhnout vhodný podnikatelský plán rozvoje vybrané firmy. Zkoumaná firma se zabývá výrobou strojů pro automobilový a sklářský průmysl. V současné době tvoří většinu zakázek firmy dodávky do společností podnikajících v oblasti automobilového průmyslu, což s sebou nese nevýhody a hrozby, které firmu ohrožují a neumožňují její rozvoj. Autor práce se v rámci diplomové práce zabývá literaturou týkající se podnikání a tvorbou podnikatelských plánů. Na základě nabytých poznatků pak navrhuje cestu, která by snížila závislosti firmy na dodávkách do automobilového průmyslu. Vymýšlí konkrétní řešení za pomoci výsledků výzkumu a vývoje, analyzuje uskutečnitelnost z hlediska marketingu a navrhuje strategii. Součástí práce je i výpočet ekonomické efektivnosti navrhovaného podnikatelského plánu a zhodnocení jeho přínosu v zájmu rozvoje firmy.
The diploma thesis is focused on proposing the suitable business development plan of the chosen company. The examined company is engaged in production of machines for automotive and glass industry. Currently the most company contracts are supplies for companies doing their businesses in automotive industry. This brings disadvantages and threats which endanger the company and make its development impossible. The author studies the literature about enterprise and creation of business plans. On the basis of acquired knowledge, he proposes the way to reduce the company dependence on automotive industry. He finds a particular solution with the help of results of research and development, analyzes feasibility with respect to marketing rules and suggests a strategy. The thesis also includes the economy efficiency calculation of the proposed business plan and evaluation of its contribution to the company development.
