dc.description.abstractOne of the barriers to the development of the Czech economy is insufficiency in communication and collaboration between research and business spheres. The aim of my dissertation is to give a detailed description of several science and technology parks and business incubators within the territory of the Czech Republic as as one of the latest forms of cooperation between university and business worlds. The above mentioned subjects deal with innovations, new technologies and research. By using their know-how, they help to create and set up conditions and premises necessary for the dynamic development of innovative enterprises, transfers of technologies and education of the employees of innovative enterprises. Science and technology parks represent a generally recognized way of fast overcoming of technological backwardness or obtaining competitive advantages. They also focus on helping of small and medium enteprises.en
dc.description.abstractJednou z bariér rozvoje ekonomiky ČR je nedostatečná komunikace a spolupráce mezi oblastí výzkumu a podnikatelskou sférou. Snahou diplomové práce je podrobně popsat vědeckotechnické parky a podnikatelské inkubátory na území České republiky, jako jednu z nejnovějších forem spolupráce, která existuje mezi univerzitním a průmyslovým světem. Práce je rovněž zaměřena na problematiku inovačních aktivit v oblasti vědeckotechnických parků. Tyto subjekty se zabývají inovacemi, novými technologiemi a výzkumem. Používají své know-how k vytvoření předpokladů pro dynamický rozvoj inovačních firem, k transferu technologií a vzdělávání pracovníků inovačních podniků. Vědeckotechnické parky představují obecně respektovaný způsob rychlého překonání technologické zaostalosti nebo získání tržní konkurenceschopnosti. Také se zaměřují na pomoc malým a středním podnikům.cs
