dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji analytických funkcí pro systém používající metodu Balanced Scorecard a vytvoření reportů v nástroji Power BI od společnosti Microsoft. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné pojetí Business Inteligence, datové analýze, reportingu, databázi a datovým skladům. Další kapitola teoritetické části je věnována vysvětlení metody Balanced Scorecard. Poslední kapitola popisuje nástroje Power BI a jeho celkovou strukturu. V úvodu praktické části se prvně věnuje představení firmy NETWORG CZ s.r.o, její struktuře, vizi, misi a strategii. V další částí jsou definovány cíle a jejich KPIs spolu s výpočetními funkcemi. Na závěr je vytvořena prezentační vrstva v podobě reportů vytvořené v Power BI desktop a publikované ve službě Power BI. Tyto cíle a reporty jsou prezentovány managementu firmy pro vytvoření diskuze a pro získání zpětné vazby pro případné úpravy a doporučení pro další postup.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of analytical functions for a system using the Balanced Scorecard method and the creation of reports in the Power BI tool from Microsoft. The theoretical part focuses on the general concept of Business Intelligence, data analysis, reporting, database and data warehouses. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the explanation of the Balanced Scorecard method. The last chapter describes the Power BI tools and its overall structure. In the introduction of the practical part, the first part is devoted to the introduction of the company NETWORG CZ s.r.o, its structure, vision, mission and strategy. In the next section, the objectives and their KPIs are defined along with the analytical functions. Finally, a presentation layer is created in the form of reports created in Power BI desktop and published in Power BI service. These objectives and reports are presented to the management of the company to create a discussion and to get feedback for possible adjustments and recommendations for next steps.	en
