dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá výrobou kompozitů s pletenou čedičovou výztuží. Byla použita čedičová vlákna ve formě rovingu. Čedičový roving byl použit samostatně, ale také v kombinaci s jinými materiály (kevlar, PP, PL). V teoretické části práce je popsána obecně stručná charakteristika kompozitních materiálů, dále vlastnosti použité matrice a typy použitých výztuží, jak z materiálového hlediska, tak i z hlediska struktury. V experimentální části je podrobně popsána výroba kompozitu a následně i provedené zkoušky na výsledném kompozitu (měření povrchové rezistivity, měření kontaktních úhlů dle metody přissedlé kapky, zkouška tříbodovým ohybem, analýza infračervených spakter pryskyřice, termické analýzy (DMA, TMA, TGA), vyhodnocení snímků na REM).cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with production of composites with knitted basalt reinforcement. There were used basalt fibres in the roving form. The basalt roving was used separately, but in combination with other materials (kevlar, PP, PL), too. There is described the generally summary characteristics of composite materials, then properties of the using matrix and types of the using reinforcements, both from the material view and from the structure view in the theory part. There is detaily described the production of the composite and then made tests on the final composite (the measurement of the surface resistivity, the measurement of the contact angles according to the method of the sessile drop, the test by the three-point bend, the analyses of the IR spectra of the resin, thermic analyses (DMA, TMA, TGA), the evalution of the shots by the SEM, in the experimental part.en
