Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je pokusem o vhled do proměny sociálních rolí členů rodiny jako sociální skupiny ve vztahu k výchově a vzdělávání dětí. Nejprve osvětluje základní pojmy, jako je sociální role. Zmiňuje se zde o teorii sociálních rolí, o jejich dělení a dotýká se i konfliktů sociálních rolí. Dále se práce zaměřuje na klíčový pojem, kterým jsou genderové role. V této části vysvětluje základní dělení a proměnu genderových rolí jako i jejich stereotypizaci. V další části se diplomová práce zabývá stěžejním tématem rodiny jako celku i jednotlivých jejích členů. Je zde popsána funkce rodiny, poukazuje se na role jednotlivých členů rodiny, a to včetně historického vývoje těchto rolí. V praktické části této práce jsou pak nastíněny jednotlivé etapy celospolečenského vývoje na geografickém území ČR a formou rozhovorů s pamětníky a jejich osobních výpovědí a vzpomínek mapovány vlastní proměny sociálních rolí členů rodiny. Praktická část je poté doplněna o dotazníkové šetření zabývající se proměnou rolí rodičů v období distančního vzdělávání. Formou kazuistiky se celou prací linou konkrétní příběhy a vzpomínky dotazovaných respondentů, které dokreslují dané téma. Závěr práce pak obsahuje zamyšlení nad současným trendem poklesu vztahu k autoritám, a to jak v celospolečenském hledisku, tak i ve sféře oficiálního vzdělávání, a nad jeho dalším možným vývojem.
This diploma thesis is an attempt to gain insight into the transformation of social roles of family members as a social group in relation to the upbringing and education of children. First of all, it focuses on basic concepts such as a social role. The diploma thesis mentions here the theory of social roles, their division and also touches on conflicts of social roles. Furthermore, the work focuses on the key concept of gender roles. In this section explains the basic division and transformation of gender roles as well as their stereotyping. In the next part, the thesis deals with the main topic of the family as a whole and its individual members. The function of the family is described here, the roles of individual family members are pointed out, including the historical development of these roles. At the practical part of this work are mentioned outlines the various stages of social development in the geographical area of the Czech Republic and in the form of interviews with witnesses and their personal statements and memories mapped their own changes in the social roles of family members. The practical part is supplemented by a questionnaire survey dealing with the changing role of parents in the period of distance education. The whole work is accompanied by specific stories and memories of the respondents, which illustrate the topic. The conclusion of the thesis then contains reflections on the current trend of declining relationship with the authorities, both in the society as a whole and in the field of official education, and its further possible development.
