dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá analýzou vlastností kevlarových vláken. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části a to na teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části je pojednáno o celém procesu výroby vlákna Kevlar. Dále jsou zde uvedeny mechanické, chemické a termické vlastnosti a v neposlední řadě také jeho použití. Experimentální část se zabývá již praktickým ověřováním jednotlivých vlastností. Kromě studia základních vlastností, jako je jemnost, tvar příčného průřezu a průměru vláken, bylo vlákno ponecháno v peci při 450 a 220°C, aby mohly být porovnány změny mechanických vlastností. Vlákna se také měřila metodou DSC. V příloze jsou obrázky z rastrovacího elektronového mikroskopu, které ukazují účinky tepla na strukturu Kevlaru.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the analysis of properties of Kevlar fibres. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely into a theoretical one and an experimental one. In the theoretical part the whole process of the Kevlar production is mentioned. Moreover, mechanical, chemical and thermal properties and of course application are also described in this part. The experimental part deals with practical checking of individual properties. Except the study of basic properties (like fineness, shape of cross section and average of fibres) the fibre was left in an oven at temperature of 220°C and 450°C in order to see the difference between mechanical properties. The fibres were also measured by DSC method. In an appendix there are pictures from electron scanning microscope, which show effects on the structure of Kevlar.en
