dc.description.abstract	The bachelor work deals with hand hygiene in relation to the prevention of nosocomial infections. The correct and effective hygiene is one of the most effective measures against the transmission of nosocomial infections. The theoretical part is based on the literature and discusses the history of nosocomial infections, their epidemiology in general, the process of their spreading and risk factors of their emergence and spreading. Further there is also mentioned hand hygiene in the health service, particular practices of comprehensive hand care and the most important knowledge about hand hygiene, as well as gloves question and anti-epidemical measures. The practical part includes a research survey that with the help of a questionnaire monitors knowledge of questioned nurses and students related to nosocomial infections and hand hygiene.	en
dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hygieny rukou v souvislosti s prevencí nozokomiálních nákaz. Jejich správná a účelná hygiena patří totiž k nejúčinnějším opatřením proti přenosu nozokomiálních nákaz. Teoretická část vychází z uvedené literatury a zabývá se historií nozokomiálních nákaz, jejich obecnou epidemiologií, procesem jejich šíření, rizikovými faktory jejich vzniku a šíření, dále hygienou rukou ve zdravotní péči, jednotlivými postupy komplexní péče o ruce a nejdůležitějšími poznatky o hygieně rukou, otázkou rukavic a protiepidemickými opatřeními. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkumné šetření pomocí dotazníku, které monitoruje znalosti dotazovaných sester a studentů o nozokomiálních nákazách a hygieně rukou.	cs
