Návrh nového pracoviště pro výrobu dílů z elastomerů
Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nového pracoviště (hydraulického lisu) pro výrobu dílů z elastomerů. V rešeršní části jsou popsány elastomery a stroje na zpracování elastomerů.Po teoretické části je vybrána varianta konstrukce lisu. Návrh mechanické části je dimenzován podle maximálního tlaku a průhybu desek a provedena konstrukce. Dále se jedná o dimenzování hydraulického obvodu a návrh řídící a odměřovací techniky. Popsán systém ovládání stroje a náklady na stavbu.
The master thesis deals with the design of a new workplace (hydraulic press) for manufacturing pieces from elastomers. There are the elastomers and the machines for processing elastomers described in the review part.After this theoretical part, a variant of the machine design is selected. The construction has been made according to these conditionsd maximum pressure and the deflection of the plates in the press. Furthemore there is suggested the hydraulic circuit and desined the control and measuring techniquest. Described machine control system and construction costs.
