dc.description.abstract	The aim of this work is finding out what the issue is punishment, and his subsequent oversight. The work deals with the general concept of punishment and try to compare him in Europe and the historical context. In then focouses on the meaning and purpose of the punishment itself and its impact on society. Determines whether the penalty is really necessary and inevitable defense of society against individuals who commit a crime and it also deals with the rights of offenders themselves. We learn something about the functioning the prison facility and its staff, as well as, quality of life can result in the offender after release from prison.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaký je problém trestu a jeho následného dohledu. Práce se zabývá obecně pojmem trestu a snaží se ho porovnat v evropském i historickém měřítku. Dále se zaměřuje na smysl a účel samotného trestu a jeho působení na společnost. Zjišťuje, zda je trest opravdu nutná a nevyhnutelná obrana společnosti, proti jedincům, kteří spáchají nějaký trestný čin a zaměřuje se i na práva samotných delikventů. Dozvídáme se něco o fungování vězeňského zařízení a jeho personálu, a také jak kvalitní život může vést delikvent po propuštění z vězení.	cs
