Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice dotací v Ústeckém kraji. Charakterizuje možné cesty a zdroje, jak mohou firmy dotaci získat. Zvláštní pozornost je v práci věnována malým a středním podnikům. Snaží se vyzvednout specifika malého a středního podnikání a jejich souvislost s problematikou získávání dotací. V práci je zhodnoceno, jak úspěšný je Ústecký kraj jako celek při získávání dotací a jaké programy nejvíce využívá. Dále je zde podrobně rozebráno, jaké firmy o dotace žádají, přičemž firmy sledujeme za prvé z hlediska velikosti a za druhé dle jejich ekonomické činnosti. Vzhledem k charakteristice Ústeckého kraje je v práci vyzvednuta problematika snižování nezaměstnanosti, která se v kraji stala velmi využívanou formou dotace. Shromážděním a vlastní úpravou dat bylo docíleno zajímavého zhodnocení efektivity dotací v Ústeckém kraji, doplněného řadou návrhů na zlepšení situace.
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of subsidies in the Usti Region. It characterizes possible ways and sources, how companies can get a subsidy. The work focuses mainly on small and medium enterprises. It tries to point out the specifics of small and medium enterprises and their connection to the issue of obtaining grants. The thesis evaluates how successful the Usti Region as a whole has been in obtaining grants and what programmes have been used the most. There is also discussed in detail, what companies apply for grants. The companies are researched firstly in terms of size and secondly according to their economic activity. Due to the characteristics of the Usti Region, the issue of unemployment reduction is emphasized in the work. Unemployment reduction has become a very frequent form of subsidy in the region. Thanks to data collection and their revision, an interesting evaluation of the efficiency of subsidies in the Usti region has been obtained and a number of proposals to improve the current situation has been added to it.
